Water, known as H2O is an important compound that forms the basis of our existence. Almost 70% of our body is made up water because our blood and cells are made up mostly of water.
Benefits of drinking water is always overlooked by we human being because of its abundance. But keeping hydrated always is very important for our continual existence and living. At least we should consume 8-9 glasses of water per day before retiring to bed at night.

5.WATER IS A NATURAL HEADACHE REMEDY: Water helps prevent and relieve headaches and back pains too which are commonly caused by dehydration.
DEHYDRATION on the other hand is when the level of water in the body is less than normal. Dehydration can lead to many complications such as low blood pressure, weakness, dizziness, and increased risk of fainting. Poorly hydrated people are more likely to also develop skin conditions.
