In order to be healthy and fit to be able to continue our regular activities for a long period of time and to have a long life span, we must know that we have to keep fit and healthy to avoid possible break down in the future
Here are the most important ways to stay healthy:
EAT RIGHT:
Sometimes it might seem very difficult to eat healthy when there are so many tempting inorganic unhealthy foods out there, but what you eat now affects your personal health and well being later.
Always eat your breakfast before going to work, school, or before doing anything at all it is very important. Your breakfast should a light food so also your dinner.
EXERCISE:
Fitting exercise into your schedule might be difficult, but its very important to burn those calories in your body. One of the easiest way to exercise is simply by walking every morning at least to your place of work or school from your car or bus for at least 10-20 minutes before sitting down. Early morning jogging is also very useful. Also try to sign up for gyms and fitness classes.
GET ENOUGH SLEEP:
Sleep deprivation (insomnia) can lead to reduce brain function, fatigue,headaches, e.t.c. Sleep well at night and try to take short naps during the day to stay healthy
DRINK LOTS OF WATER:
Stay hydrated always, it helps your concentration and keeps you from overheating. It also replenishes your body and gives you more energy.
AVOID TOO MUCH CAFFEINE AND SUGARY DRINKS:
To much caffeinated beverages are ultimately harmful in the long run. Try eating more of fruits and dink smoothies instead.
